We have launched the new store and merchant system. You can look at the new store at the following link Greyscale Wines Store.

The new system has a different look & feel but it behaves like most ecommerce store interfaces. New customers press the "Register" link in the menu at the top of the page. You can create an account and enter an order.

For existing Greyscale customers, we have transferred your customer account, past orders, shipping addresses, and club memberships to the new system. You will have to create a new password and re-enter your credit card information because we are not able to access that information in the previous system. The user name for your account is the email address associated with your account in the old store. You can create a new password by pushing the "Forgot password?" link in the panel that pops-up when you press the "Login" link in the menu. An email will be sent to you at your old system email with a link to change your password. After that, just login.

If you forgot the email address, just contact us by email or phone (925-255-5187 or "orders" at "greyscalewines" dot "com"), and we will send you the email.

If you have any questions or problems, just contact us. And, if you want to order wine but do not want to enter it, just tell us what you want and we will enter it for you.
